Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Each individual is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts created by the same person may lead to permanent suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Profit Hub will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to personal negligence.
4. Investment and Earnings
* Daily Profits: Returns are calculated based on the selected plan (Task-Based or Auto ROI).
* Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the platform. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply.
* Capital Back: Principal investment is returned at the end of the specified term, as per the plan agreement.
5. Referral Program
Commissions are earned based on the successful investment of referred users across three levels. Any attempt to manipulate the referral system through fake accounts will result in immediate termination of the user's account and forfeiture of funds.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
* Using automated bots or scripts to complete tasks.
* Exploiting system bugs for unfair financial gain.
* Engaging in any form of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
7. Modification of Services
Profit Hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including profit percentages and plan structures, at any time to ensure platform sustainability.
8. Limitation of Liability
Profit Hub is not responsible for financial losses caused by market volatility, internet connectivity issues, or user error. Digital investments involve risk; invest only what you can afford to lose.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
